All students are required to complete a registration form and, where applicable, provide emergency contact details before participating in classes.

5. Code of Conduct

All students and visitors are expected to treat instructors, fellow students, and staff with respect; follow the instructions of the chief instructor and assistant instructors; maintain appropriate dojo etiquette at all times; and arrive on time in appropriate training attire. Phoenix Karate School reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership for conduct deemed inappropriate or disrespectful.

6. Fees & Cancellations

Class fees are payable as agreed at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to amend fees with reasonable notice. Cancellation of membership should be communicated directly to the school by email or phone.
